Metrics make it possible to calculate and obtain in one form or another the result of the effectiveness of these activities in order to make further decisions on them. For example, metrics can include indicators such as conversion rate, average check, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), abandonment, and other metrics that help analyze the effectiveness of various aspects of campaigns.
